Project Description

Due to the topography of the land and the construction regulations of the subdivision, it was necessary to develop it on three floors. A basement that faces the street and that is mainly composed of parking and services, a ground floor with the main access to the house, social areas and garden and an upper floor with the 4 bedrooms and a family living area. Additionally, the house has an access patio with a fountain, a patio-mirror of water in the back of the dining room and a rear garden on the top floor of the house.
