It has a main house with three rooms and an interior patio with a majestic fountain. It also has two guest cabins, each with two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen and an outdoor terrace. The work was built with adobe manufactured in situ and the floors are mostly made of local stone. The masonry foundation with an apparent finish ends in a 0.60 x 0.60 mud square from which all the walls rise. An artificial lake was built taking advantage of an existing water vein that provides water to the entire complex. The pool is finished in apparent concrete.
